A listing of Augusta County events and meetings is below. You can subscribe to County Events on the E-Notices page to receive updates via e-mail. 

For several of our larger boards and commissions, check the Meetings and Agenda page for meeting materials and more.

  • Introduction: The Board of Supervisors will hold their regular meeting on April 8, at 7 pm at the Government Center. In light of the statewide stay at home order, the Board invites the public to participate remotely.

The Board of Supervisors will hold their regular meeting on April 8, at 7 pm at the Government Center. In light of the statewide stay at home order, the Board invites the public to participate remotely. 

Citizens who wish to speak are asked to sign-up ahead of time using the online form (link is below). If you are unable to attend, you may also use the form to submit any comments or questions for the Board's consideration. You can also call 540-245-5600 to sign up to speak or to make your comment. 

  • Only those speakers who have signed up by Wednesday, April 8, at 5 pm will be allowed to speak that night.
  • It is essential to leave a phone number of where you can be reached on Wednesday night between 7-9:30 pm. You will be called during the meeting at the appropriate time and will immediately be live and on livestream with the meeting. 
  • Submitted comments will be noted at the meeting and comments placed in the minutes.
