Augusta County embarks on a number of public improvement projects throughout the year. While many are initiated through smaller department-level processes, there are some larger projects that warrant more information and updates because of the size or scope of the project and the community engagement level desired. 

You can see some of these larger, on-going projects in the left-side navigation menu. Check back often to see updates on your project of interest. Better yet, subscribe for updates on projects and county news delivered by email or text (use the subscribe button to the right). 

We have also started an Engage Augusta page for long-standing projects that require on-going engagement with our residents. 

Another good resource for community engagement is the Meetings and Agenda page, which allows for submitting e-comments for our larger, meeting bodies' agenda items and for signing up to speak at a meeting. Larger projects are sometimes featured on agendas for these meetings and 'Matters by the Public' on all agendas is another place you may give feedback regarding county projects.
