Jury Service
If you have been called to serve as a juror, you are being asked to perform a civic duty that ensures a defendant's Sixth Amendment right to a speedy trial and an impartial jury. Jury duty is an important responsibility and we thank you for serving.
Below you will find a list of currently scheduled jury trials taking place in Augusta County Circuit Court.
You may also call the jury hotline at 540-248-1125 or 1-888-580-5321 after 5 p.m. on the day prior to the scheduled trial to hear an automated message regarding its status.

Community Service Alternative to Paying Court Costs
The Augusta County Circuit Court can now provide community service as an alternative to court costs and fines ordered by the Court. Individuals must request community service from the Court.
