Residential Alterations/Additions/Repairs
   $.18 per square foot, $75 minimum.

   $.18 per square foot, $75 minimum.
Residential Swimming Pools, Hot Tubs, Spas
   $75 each.
Commercial-If applicant elects to obtain a permit for each unit of the structure (New & Additions Excluding Use Group A-5) 
   $.18 per square foot for the first 5,000 square feet & $.10 per square foot for additional square feet, $100 minimum.
Commercial-If applicant elects to obtain a permit for the entire structure (New & Additions Excluding Use Group A-5)

Miscellaneous

Temporary Certificates of Occupancy (Residential-per dwelling unit)
   $50 for the initial 45-day period, increasing by $50 for each subsequent 45-day period, but in no event is the fee to exceed $200 for a 45-day period.
Temporary Certificates of Occupancy (Non-residential)
   $100 for the initial 45-day period, increasing by $100 for each subsequent 45-day period, but in no event to exceed $400 for a 45-day period.
Other inspections for which no fee is listed
   $75.
Reinspections
   $75. This fee may be charged if inspections are requested and the work is not ready, if the inspection fails  for the same violation twice, or if proper access is not made for the inspector to get to the work (e.g. door locked, ladder not available, crawlspace full of water).
Extra Sets of Plans Reviewed
   $50 per extra set.
State Levy
   2% added to each permit fee.
Erosion Agreement 
   $250.

Plan Amendments (for new plans submitted that require a complete review)

Refunds (for permit applications withdrawn or voided after processing)  - 75% of original permit fee. The state levy and credit card convenience fee is not refundable.
