The Recreation Matching Grant Program offers assistance to organizations with a 501 (c) (3) designation to aid in constructing, replacing or repairing recreation facilities or land for use by the general public. The Program sets guidelines for funds to be received from the county and matched by the organization, understanding that recreation is important for our county residents and visitors.

Applications and approval of funds are reviewed by the Parks and Recreation Department, Parks and Recreation Commission and Augusta County Board of Supervisors. Before applying, please thoroughly review the Policy and Procedures as well as the Frequently Asked Questions documents. 

Please fill out the Recreation Recreation Matching Grant Form below. Once you have completed the form you will be able to submit it directly to the Parks and Recreation Department.
